Romantic Central Park Wedding Photos | City Hall Elopement

One of the things I like most about New York City Hall elopements is that after the ceremony, the city is yours for the taking — and pretty much every couple ends up choosing to do something uniquely theirs.

We first stopped in the West Village, where an Aston Martin convertible lay waiting on a shaded cobblestone street. Kissing and cuddling with the bride perched on the trunk of the car — is it even possible to have a sexier wedding exit? Later, we headed uptown for a romantic Central Park wedding photo session at Bethesda Terrace and The Mall. When the bride kicked up her feet, there was one more surprise: “just married” emblazoned on the soles of her heels.
